Shipping & Returns - Store

    Shipping, Returns & WARRANTY 

    Returns - accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.  We do not accept returns of opened or installed items, or where an installation has been attempted. Returned items must be in brand new, mint condition with all of the original parts and packaging intact and unmodified.  A 10% minimum restocking fee may apply to your returns and shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund due. 

    Shipping USA - We ship First-Class Mail USPS. Delivery to your location is 2 to 5 days. Priority Mail 1 to 3 day is also available. We ship fast.

    Shipping International - USPS First Class Mail International delivery time is about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, and 3 to 5 weeks to most other countries (where available), depending on time spent in Customs.  IMPORTANT...If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us before purchasing this item.  We ship very quickly and cannot make changes to your order after the order has been placed. Your countries shipping cost can be determined by clicking the ADD TO CART button on the item you want to purchase. The cost will show during the purchase process. You can cancel your purchase before you finalize. NOTE: we do not ship to South America, Africa, China or Asia.

    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY TAXES, DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. THESE FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE SHIPPING COST.  PACKAGE WILL BE DECLARED AT ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE AS "MERCHANDISE", NO EXCEPTIONS.  Delivery times do not include delays caused by Customs or local delivery services.  Please note that USPS stated delivery times do not include time spent in Customs, which can vary. If you have not received your package within three weeks, please contact your local Customs office for more information.

    Warranty for USA-  The products we sell are brand new and covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We do not perform warranty repairs -- all warranty service and replacement is performed by the manufacturer.  Buyer should contact the manufacturer of the product for warranty service during the warranty period.

    International Warranty- When an item is shipped outside of the United States, it is covered by the U.S. warranty only and must be serviced in the United States.  If the product is defective it must be sent back to us upon arrival, as they may have been damaged in transit or during installation.  You (buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any items
